-Deposit is non refundable 

– No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

– Weather Conditions: If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date.

– No-Show: Failure to show up for the tour may result in 100% of the cost being charged.

– Modifications: Changes requested less than 24 hours before the tour may not be accepted.

-No refunds will be issued if  a passenger becomes seasick or is involved in an accident resulting from their own actions during the tour

-If you are prone to sea sickness, we strongly recommend taking motion sickness medication before your tour (recommended during whale watch)
